The Brompton Fountain provides emotional and practical support to families affected by heart and lung diseases in children.
Established in 2005 and growing year on year. Find out more about our history and the vital work we carry out on a daily basis.
We support children and young people cared for by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. This includes Royal Brompton, Harefield and Evelina London, as well as their network of partner hospitals.
