Volunteering is a great way to get involved with The Brompton Fountain and meet new people. We value our volunteers and reflect this in the support we give them.

Voluntary work is a valuable way to build a CV, especially during or after a break from paid work to look after children.

It is also a useful thing to do whilst undertaking a period of study, during vacations and in a gap year.

Our commitment to our volunteers

All our volunteers are given training and full support from the director while carrying out their role. We consider personal development to be a good way of investing in our volunteers and rewarding them for the important work they do for us. Therefore, we will do our best to provide training for an individual volunteer who has highlighted a need or interest to develop a specific skill if it is one that could be useful to the charity, as well as to benefit themselves in other areas of life. We will provide detailed references for our volunteers when applying for a job.Of course, we pay all reasonable expenses.
