The first is a letter to send to your MP if this is the first contact that you have made. Click HERE to download a Word Doc. You can then personalise and adapt it to your own personal story, yours views and MP.

The second is a letter for those who have already written and would like to remind and update their MP, you can download it HERE.

You could also arrange a meeting with your MP to talk to him/her in person about the potential impact of the plans on you and your family.
